Your matcha will be freshly ground only after we process your order. Your order will be shipped out within one week from your order.

We use international postal services to ship your order. Delivery issues will be resolved according to the policy of the service provider. 

Damaged Goods
If your order is damaged when it reaches you, please contact us at and we will assist you on the return process. 
A damage report may need to be submitted to the post office. 

Non-Arrival of Goods
If your order is not arriving by the time it should, please contact us at
 and we will investigate your case. 
If you have given the wrong delivery address at checkout, we cannot guarantee a refund.
