Instructions: Sieve 1tsp of Odayaka Matcha (2-3g) into hot water (not boiling) and whisk.

first time trying to make matcha at home with this home-grown brand and it tasted just like what i would get at a cafe. very fine texture, dissolves well and has a hint of a pine aroma!! 10/10 would recommend.
